Emails from NetSuite to Gmail accounts contains “via” on the header

When emails from NetSuite accounts are received in Gmail, the email appears to be sent from a third party as "via" appears on the header. For example 

"Senders Name via domain.com"

This is because emails coming from NetSuite are sent from NetSuite server even if the From Email address on the actual email is the email address specified by the user. Gmail lets the customer know that the emails are coming from a server that is different from the domain of the sender's email address.

In order to remove the "via" link, users need to enable DKIM on their NetSuite account and make sure that the domain on the From Email address is the same domain that is used for the DKIM setup.
