Other Income Account Types are included on Sales reports

It is an expected NetSuite behavior that other income account types are included by default on sales reports.  Users are given flexibility on what to show on their reports by customizing them based on their business needs. 

Users could do the following:

 

Option 1:
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences.

2. Navigate to Items/Transactions tab > Sales & Pricing section.

3. Select transaction types to exclude under Transaction Types to Exclude from Sales Reports.

4. Save.

Option 2: Customize the report and filter out Account type "Other Income" (OthIncome).
