1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction in the list and rename the Search Title.
3. Under the Criteria tab, Standard subtab, set the following filters:
**Type is Sales Order
**Main Line is false
**Formula (Numeric) is greater than or equal to 1 | Formula = {quantity}-{item.quantityonhand}
4. Under the Results tab, Columns subtab, add the following fields:
**Item
**Document Number
**Quantity
**Item: On Hand
5. Under the Email tab, put a check mark in the Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated checkbox.
6. Under the Email tab, Specific Recipients subtab, select the name/names of recipients in the Recipients column dropdown.
7. Click the Save & Run button.
