Script Performance Log Time Zone

Note: To access Script Performance,user must have the Script Performance Monitor Bundle (Bundle Id: 38106).

On the Script Performance Monitor (Setup > Script Performance > Script Performance Monitor), the date and time follows Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Note: Enhancement 252164 requests that the time is shown respecting the user's preference.
