Error Message: You cannot use an Advanced Promotions form after selecting Standard Promotion on the previous page

This error occurs if the plug-ins for Promotions are not enabled.

 

To enable the Promotions' Plug-ins:

 

1. Navigate to Customization > Plug-ins > Manage Plug-ins.
2. Mark the following:

 

  • Buy X Get Y Promotion
  • Item Specific Promotion
  • Order Specific Promotion

 

3. Click Save.
