Search for Assemblies with Multiple Revisions Used in Builds

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New. Select search type: Item

2. At the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, enter the following filters:
-----a. Type – at the pop up select Assembly/Bill of Materials
-----b. Effective BOM Control – at the pop up select Revision Control and hit Set.

-----c. Inactive – at the pop up select No
-----d. Transaction fields….. -  at the pop up, select Assembly Build

3. At the Results tab > Columns subtab, enter the following fields:
-----a. Name -----Summary Type: Group
-----b. Transaction Fields…..: Date
-----c. Transaction Fields…..: Type
-----d. Transaction Fields…..: Number
-----e. Transaction Fields…..: Item Revision
-----f. Transaction Fields…..: Quantity in Transaction Units
-----g. Transaction Fields…..: Amount

4. Edit the Search Title

5. Hit Save and Run.

Result: This will generate a list of assembly items with Effective BOM Control set to revision control.  If you click on the item name, it will list all assembly builds  done including the revision used and transaction quantity.
