Set a Custom Field’s Default Level of Access for Search/Reporting

1. Default Level for Search/Reporting = Run
Any existing saved search with the field as criteria or result can only be ran but not edited. If you edit a saved search that contains the field, you will get the message below: "This search refers to custom field with id = (internalid of the field) which either is restricted or is not applied to this record type. "

2. Default Level for Search/Reporting = None
Any existing saved search with the field as criteria or result can neither be viewed nor edited. You will get the message below if you try to view or edit a saved search that contains the field: "You cannot access this search because it includes restricted fields. Please contact your administrator."

3. On both options the field cannot be added as a criteria or result on a new saved search.
