Adaptive Insights > Unable to see the Workflow tab

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

Per the application design, only users who have access to a parent level and have the Approve Levels permission will see the Workflow tab. This can be verified by following the steps below:

User access verification:

1. Login as an Administrator in the Adaptive Insights application.
2. Navigate to Admin > Users and Roles > Edit User.
3. Click the Edit link on the user's profile.
4. In the User Details section in the Level Access field verify if the user has access to any Parent level.

Approve Levels permission verification:

1. Log in as an Administrator in the Adaptive Insights application.
2. Navigate to Admin > Users and Roles > Create and Assign Roles, Set Role Permissions.
3. Click the Edit link on the user's role.
4. In the Role Permissions verify if Approve Levels = True (Checked).

Users who do not have access to a parent level or do not have the Approve Levels permission will need to navigate to Sheets > Overview to submit their work through Workflow. If a user has access to a parent level and permission to approve levels, but is still unable to see the Workflow tab, make sure you are viewing a non-actuals version.
