Adjust Inventory Worksheet entry on the Related Records tab of an Item Record appearing in duplicate lines / twice

An Adjust Inventory Worksheet entry will appear as duplicate lines in the Related Records tab of an item record if the adjustment caused changes on the item's Total Value, unless the Current Value before the adjustment was zero (0.00) where it will show only as single line.
