AR Aging Report and Balance Sheet total is not the same when results are filtered or displayed by Location

If the AR Aging report and the Balance Sheet total is not the same when reports are displayed or filtered by Location, check all the transactions related to the Location itself. There could be transaction like Payments or Credit Memos assigned to a specific Location but were applied to another Location. Or there could be Invoices from another Location that was applied to a Payment or Credit Memo that was assigned to another Location.
