Create a Saved Search > New Lead Week by Week > Emailing Results

The user would like to see new Lead in some certain period of time e.g. week by week.

Steps to create Saved Search displaying the List of New Leads Week by Week including emailing the Results:
  1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New > select Customer.
  2. Check the Public check box and Available as Dashboard View check box = True.
  3. Criteria tab > Stage > any of: Lead.
  4. Criteria tab > Date created > on or after: Relative and select 7 days ago.
  5. Results tab > decide the fields to be included in the Saved Search Result e.g. Name, ID, Probability, Date Created.
  6. Result tab > Select Sort By field according your requirements. E.g. Date Created, ID.
  7. Email tab > Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated = True/ Checked.
  8. Email tab > Send Emails According to Schedule = True/ Checked.
  9. Email tab > Recipients from Results > add Sales rep and Email > Send on Update = True/ checked.
  10. Email tab > Customize Message subtab > Enter the From using the proper format > fill up important fields on this area (Subject, Introduction etc.).
  11. To send alert every week, navigate to Email tab > Schedule subtab:
    • Weekly event = True/ checked
    • Repeat Every 1 Week
    • Select the day when you would like to receive the alert
    • Fill up the Series Start Date and Start Time
    • No End Date set as True/ Checked
  12. Click Save & Run.
