Create a search which will show all customers which had a specific number of phone calls in a specific date range.

To create the saved search which will show you the list of customer which had a specific number of Phone Calls in a specific date range:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New

2. Select Customer

3. Enter a Search Title

4. Under Criteria Tab> Standard Subtab add
- Call : Date Created is within this week (This can be changed)

5. Under Criteria Tab > Summary Subtab, add the following:
Summary Type = Count | Field = Call: Internal ID > is greater than 5 (This can be changed)

6. Under Results Tab > Columns Subtab, add the fields to display in the search result
Name | Summary Type = Group
Call: Internal ID | Summary Type = Count
 
7. Click Save & Run.
