Electronic Payments: Create a Search Showing the Bill, Payments Applied and the Details of the Related Payment File Administration Record

1. Navigate to Customization > List, Record & Fields > Record Types
2. Click List on the Bill EFT Payment Information
3. Click Customize View

You may set a specific filter to narrow down result like:

a. To filter based by the Payment File generated, select EFT File ID and select the specific files

b. To filter based by date when the payments were processed, select: Reference Payment Fields… > Date

c. To filter based by the status of the file processed under the Payment File Administration page, select: EFT File ID Fields… > File Processed?: select the statuses

d. To filter based by the name of the payee where payment was made select: Reference Payment Fields… > Name

- Navigate to Results tab > Columns subtab > Field column and add:

a. EFT File ID Fields… > File Processed?

b. EFT File ID Fields… > File Creation Date

c. EFT File ID Fields… > Bank Account

d. EFT File ID Fields… > File Reference

e. Reference Payment Fields… > Name

f. Reference Payment

g. Reference Bill

h. EFT Payment Amount

- Navigate to Available Filters tab > Filter column and add the following:

a. EFT File ID Fields… > Bank Account

b. EFT File ID Fields… > Bank Account

c. EFT File ID Fields… > File Creation Date

Mark the box under the Show In Footer column for each of the filters added

- Hit Save & Run button
