Error Encountered While Running Report – Failed to Execute Report

As report generation depends on the volume of data, a report usually times out in three minutes and reports that look into a lot of records and transactions may take longer to load and eventually may receive a prompt – "Failed to Execute Report".

To avoid this, click on the "Alert Me When Ready" Link in the loading window for it to run in the back end if you are working with extensive reports.

To help in generating the reports much faster, limit results displayed by adding filters and selecting narrow date ranges as necessary.
