Inventory Detail Icon on Sales Order Transactions shows up if the item is Serialized / Lot Numbered regardless if it is Bin Numbered.
Customer sometimes reports on why they can't see the Inventory Detail Icon on Sales Order even if the feature is turned on. It is a system behaviour that the icon does not show up if the item is only Bin Numbered but not Serialized/Lot Numbered. However, the icon will show up upon Item Fulfillment.
