Assign the Leads created from an Online Customer Form to a specific Sales Rep

A. Create a unique Lead Source that will be used for the Online Customer Form. You may create a Lead Source by:
1. Lists > Marketing > Marketing Campaigns > New
2. Enter a Title for the Lead Source
3. Save

B. Once done setting a Lead Source, create a Sales Rule by:
1. Navigating to Setup > Sales > Sales Rules > New > Lead Source > Enter a Name
2. In the Criteria Field, choose any of
3. In the Lead Source Field, choose the Lead Source you recently created
4. Save

C. After creating a Rule, create a Sales Territory by:
1. Navigating to Setup > Sales > Sales Territories > New > Enter a Name
2. Under Configure Rule Definitions subtab > Apply the Lead Source Rule > Add
3. Under Lead Assignments subtab > Choose the Sales Rep
4. Save

After doing the steps above, you may now do the following:
1. Edit your Online Customer Form
2. Under Set Up Workflow tab > Set Lead Source to the one you created recently
3. Save

This will ensure that Leads created from an Online Customer Form gets routed to the correct Sales Rep.
