Create a Saved Search and Email when Sales order changes Status

Be able to send an email to Customers when the status from Pending Fulfillment changes to Pending Billing. This is possible by navigating through the following steps :
  1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > New > Transaction
  2. Criteria :
  •  Type is Sales Order :
  • Status is Pending Billing :
  •  Main Line is true
  •  System Notes Field .. Select Field = Document Status : System Notes Field .. Select Type is = Change : Custom Form .. you had selected a custom form used.

     3. Results : Add results as required. 

     4. Email Tab : Send Alerts when created / Updated = T
     5. Add Specific recipients .. Send on Update = T        

    6. Updated Fields subtab > Set Document Status
    7. Save and Run the report
