Users may encounter a scenario where the Shipping Method dropdown on New Sales Order page is blank.
Consider the following:
1. Make sure that the assigned Subsidiary on the Shipping Item/Method is the same with Subsidiary assigned to the Customer record.
2. Shipping Items are also Subsidiary-driven.
