Before looking to reinstall the driver, check first if you are accessing the correct ODBC setup application:

If you are using a 32-bit platform, the correct application to run is C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe
If you are using a 64-bit platform, the correct application to run is C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe
