Level Dopdown Menu in Sheets is not Working on Firefox using MAC in Adaptive Insights

This article is intended for accounts integrated with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite's partner in delivering financial management solutions.

User is using Firefox browser on Mac.

Symptom:
1) Adaptive Planning user navigates to Home > Sheets > P&L or in NetSuite: Financial Planning > Planning > Sheets > P&L and clicks on the Level dropdown menu. Dropdown selector flash open and then close.

Recommendations:
1) Check the Java version installed on Mac
    - The recommended version of Java on Mac is the most recent version of Java 6, Java 6 Update 65. This version of Java was built by Apple specifically for Mac users. This is available on the link below:

2) After installing the update, Java 7 must be disabled. Then, the Apple-provided Java SE 6 plug-in must be re-enabled. Click the link below to see the steps for this process:
