Maximum Number of Minutes that can be Set in the Case Field Escalation Rule : Duration since Case Creation (minutes)

The number of minutes that a user can enter in the Duration since Case Creation (minutes) should not exceed 99,999,999. A user can still save the rule even if the number entered is more than 99,999,999 but when one create or edits an existing case and hits save and unexpected error will be received.

Note: The escalation rules are set by navigating to Setup > Support > Escalation Rules > New.
