Messages sent by Sales Reps Search

One of the productivity measurements of Sales Reps is the amount of email communication for the period of time. Here are the steps on how we can pull up those information through a Customer Saved Search.

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New choose Message
2. Under Criteria tab, Standard subtab use Filter: Author is Reps names   Type is Email 
3. Under Results tab, Sort By = Internal ID Descending checked Columns subtab: Fields: Author(Summary Type = Group)   Is Incoming(Summary Type = Count)  Internal ID(Summary Type = Count)
4. Available Filters tab: Date(Show in Footer = Marked)
5. Provide the Search Title
6. Save & Run
