Notification Message: Your email campaign event xxx did not deliver any messages successfully After a Campaign Executes even if Global Subscription Status is Set to Soft Opt-In or Confirmed Opt-In

Aside from Global Subscription Status not set to Soft Opt-In or Confirmed Opt-In, users receive this message due to one of the following reasons:

 

1.    Subscription Category of the recipients is set to No for the Subscription specified in the Marketing Campaign.

2.    Email of the recipients is blank or empty.
