Permission to Access Cases

User's role needs to have permission for Cases in order to access Case records.

1. Login as Administrator.

2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.

3. Click Edit or Customize the role.

4. Under Permissions > Lists subtab, add Cases.

5. Assign the necessary access level.

4. Click Save.
