Permission to Access Customer Records

In order for a role to have access to Customer records, permission must be added onto the role.

As Administrator:
1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the Role.
3. Permissions tab > Lists sub tab.
4. Add Customers and set the appropriate access level
            for more information about the different access levels, see Access Levels for Permissions
5. Click Save.
