Show Purchase Order details such as Dates, Status and Number in Saved Item Search

To create this Item Save Search follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New

2. Select Item link.

3.  Under the Criteria Tab > Standard Subtab > 

* Add Transaction Fields... > Type = Purchase Order and other necessary filters.

4.  Add the following under the Results tab > Columns subtab:

* Transaction Fields...> Document Number

* Transaction fields... > Status

* Transaction fields.. Date

(Use Transaction Fields... to add other fields)

5. Enter Search Title

6. Click Save & Run
