Some users Encounter the Message "No Data Available" when drilling down on a report

When only a specific user encounters the message "No Data Available" when drilling down on a report, ask the user to do the following troubleshooting steps:


  1. Run the affected report
  2. Drill down into an amount
  3. On the resulting detail report, click on "More" found at the footer of the report
  4. Click on the Class footer filter
  5. Un-check the "All" box
  6. Check the "All" box again
  7. Click OK
  8. Repeat for the other footer filters (i.e. Department, Location)
  9. Click Refresh
