Submit Customer Survey > Invalid Field Value XXX for the Following Field: Case

This error is caused by the missing parameter Case Subject. The case should render the Case Number and the Subject, that is, 123 Case Subject.

To fix this, change the reference link by adding NLTITLE when passing parameter after the NLCASENUMBER. See sample below:
