Updating the Sales Teams on Closed and Open Transactions

1. Navigate to Lists >  Relationships > Customers.
2. Edit the Customer Record > under Sales subtab > Sales Team sublist > check Update Transactions checkbox.

  • When the Update Transactions is marked and changes are made from the list of the Sales Team members, the Sales Teams from the transaction level are updated regardless if the transaction is open or closed. 
  • Although, the Sales Representative (Primary Rep) is not removed from the Sales Team tab and is not replaced by a different Sales Rep.
