Create Invoice> Unable to see the "Account field" under the Accounting tab

While creating an invoice, the Account field in the Accounting tab will not appear if in the Chart of Accounts, only one Accounts Receivable (AR) Account is setup. If more than one AR Account is created, then the Account field will be exposed in the Accounting tab giving the user an option to choose which AR Account is appropriate for the transaction.


However, if previously there was more than one AR account and subsequently other accounts were set to inactive, the Account field would appear but the dropdown would list only the active account.
