Create a Phone Call Saved Search that shows Entered Messages

If users want to create Phone Call Saved Search that shows entered message, the Message field is not available. Instead of this, we can use formula to show a message added to Phone call log. To perform this, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
  2. Select Phone Call.
  3. Provide a Search Title.
  4. In the Criteria tab > Standard subtab, add desired Criteria.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Results tab > Columns subtab, add Formula (Text).
  7. In the Formula field, use {message}.
  8. Click Save & Run.

Now users can see the list of Phone Calls, as well as entered messages.
