Create a Search for Cases created by Me

To create a saved search for cases created by me:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

2. Select Case as the Search Type.

3. In the Criteria Tab, set the following:

Use Expressions = True

a. Filter = System Notes Fields...Type; Description = is Create


b. Filter = System Notes Fields....Set by; Description = is Mine

4. In the Results Tab, set the fields that you want to show as Columns in the Search Result.

5. Save & Run.
