1. Access the related Customer record.
2. Navigate to Preferences subtab.
3. Check the Language selected.
4. Unset the Language or select the correct one.
5. Click Save.
Note: When using Basic PDF Layouts, the selected Language in the Customer record is used for both printed and emailed transactions. For printed transactions, users have the option to Print in Customer's Locale but for emailed transactions what users set in the Customer's record will be the default.
When using Advanced PDF Templates, the emailed transactions are in user's preferred language (Home > Set Preferences > Language). The Enhancement request # 340851 has been submitted to have an option to email transactions in customer's locale.
