- Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Select Transaction.
- Under the Criteria tab > Standard subtab:
- Type = is Invoice.
- Main Line = is True.
- Set Sort By = Due Date/Receive By > Ensure Descending = True.
- Ensure Show Totals = True.
- Add Due Date/Receive By.
- Add/Remove other fields as desired.
4. In the Available Filters tab:
- Add Due Date/Receive By > Ensure Show in Footer = True.
5. Give the search a title and click Save & Run.
