Remove Records of a Custom Record Type from Global Search

To exclude records of a Custom Record Type when performing global search, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.
2. Click the Custom Record will be excluded from the global search results.
3. Uncheck the Include in Global Search checkbox.
4. Click Save.
