Set Inactive Customer Record to Active

To activate an inactive customer record, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Lists > Relationships > Customers.

2. On the footer of the Customers List, mark the Show Inactives checkbox.

3. Click Edit link on the customer you want to reactivate.

4. On edit mode of the customer record, click on System Information tab.

5. Uncheck the Inactive checkbox.

6. Click Save.

Go back to Customer List or type the name of the customer in global search field and you will be able to search them again just like any active record.
