Vendor Using a Custom Role is Unable to Edit Transfer Orders

A vendor using a custom role with Transfer Order permission set to Full access level is unable to edit Transfer Orders.

Error shows Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record

To resolve this check the role and disable Restrict Time and Expenses.

1. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
2. Edit the custom role.
3. Look for the Restrict Time and Expenses checkbox and unmark it.
4. Click Save.
