This error appears when:
- A field is set as mandatory on the Entry form but not in the Online Form;
- Entry form is set as the preferred form for the Online Form User role
To check the entry form, perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms > Entry Forms.
2. Edit the preferred Customer/Lead/Prospect form.
3. Click the Roles tab.
4. Verify if the Preferred checkbox is checked for the Online Form User Role.
5. If this is not checked, this is not the form that's causing the error. Check other custom Customer/Lead/Prospect forms. Otherwise proceed to step 6.
6. Click the Fields tab.
7. Locate the field specified in the Error Message.
8. If the Mandatory checkbox is checked on the field, user can try any of these options:
a. Uncheck the Mandatory checkbox for the field
b. Click the Roles tab, then uncheck the Preferred checkbox for the Online Form User role
c. Add the field in the Online Customer Form
