Sales Rep Notification from Online Customer Form Does Not Show the First and Last Name of the Customer
Check settings under Set Up Workflow > Create Customers as Companies = T
Note: This is due to the fact that when you manually create a Customer (with Type = Company) in the UI, there is no First Name and Last Name fields. These fields only comes up when the Type = Individual. When we set the 'Create Customers as Companies' = F and the notification comes up with the FNAME and LNAME fields populated correctly.
Solution: Modify the template used for the online customer form and add [NLCONTACT] and remove [NLFIRSTNAME] [NLLASTNAME].
