Fields on Online Customer Form are Smaller or Larger than Its Normal Size

There is no preference on the Online Customer form that controls the font size of the form. Many users don't notice this happen as many use custom CSS and HTML on web stores to control the size of fonts and the display of other website elements. User may not notice this unless a new online customer form is created with no custom HTML.

If the fields on an Online Customer form are appearing larger or smaller than expected, perform the following steps to check the Web Site settings:

     1. Navigate to Setup > Site Builder > Set Up Web Site.

     2. Edit the Primary Web Site.

     3. Click the Appearance tab.

     4. In the Page /Fonts section, check the setting for Zoom.

The default value for zoom is normally set at 100%, using a smaller Zoom value makes fields smaller and a larger value will make fields larger.

Note: Enhancement 100372 has been filed to have the ability to set the font size on Online Customer Forms
