Error Message: The Form is Not Available Online, Returned After Submitting an Online Form

The error is caused by the Redirect URL under the Set Up Workflow tab. The system is forwarding the user to a separate page and that page is throwing the error. The Redirect URL is another form which no longer exist in system.

To correct this, the Redirect URL should be changed to a valid link.

     1. Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Forms.

     2. Edit the Online Customer Form.

     3. Click the Set Up Workflow tab.

     4. Take note of the URL set in the Redirect to URL field. The URL indicates the Form ID (internal ID) of the other Online Form.

     5. Navigate to Setup > Marketing > Online Customer Forms.

     6. Edit the Online Customer Form with the Internal ID set in step 4.

          Note: To show internal ID column, navigate to Home > Set Preferences > General tab > Defaults section > check Show Internal IDs.

     7. Make sure that Enable Online is checked.

     8. Make sure that Inactive is not checked.
     
     9. Click Save.
