Find Customers that Do Not have a Task/Event/Call Record for the Last 60 Days

Use the Summary tab to set the criteria. To create the search, perform the following steps:

     1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.

     2. Select Customers.

     3. Provide a Search Title.

     4. In the Criteria tab > Summary subtab, set the following:

Call: Phone Call Date

is not after 60 days ago


     Note: To set the description, select Not After in Phone Call Date field, then select Relative. Enter the number of days/weeks/months.

     5. In the Results tab, Columns subtab, set the following:

Note: Enhancements 76641 and 72699 have been filed to have a standard report in NetSuite for customers that do not have any activities for a period of time.
