Restrict Shopper from Editing/Cancelling Submitted Webstore Order in the My Account Page


Edit the Customer Center permission so that the customer is not able to view orders in the My Account tab, and thereby not be able to edit/cancel any submitted web orders.
 
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > General Preferences. Take note of the Customer Center role used in the Default Role for New Customers field.
2. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
3. Click the Edit link next to the default Customer Center role.
4. Navigate to the Permissions tab > Transactions subtab.
5. Locate Sales Order in the Permissions column and select None in the drop down list in the Level column.
6. Click Save.
