Saved Search footer filter shows All, Unassigned, Mine, My Team, Mine and Unassigned and My Team and Unassigned

PROBLEM:
When using any list as a search filter for a custom record type, the complete list of records is not listed. Instead, the filter just displays the following values:
- All
- Unassigned
- Mine
- My Team
- Unassigned

ANSWER:

The drop down displays any or all of the following (values may differ depending on account settings) if the count of records is equal to or greater than 1000:
- All -
- Unassigned -
- Mine -
- My Team -
- Mine and Unassigned -
- My Team and Unassigned -

Note: NetSuite will retrieve all active records only from database grouped by the values listed above.

If the count of active records plus the values above is less than 1000, the complete list of records will be appended to the list of values above. To illustrate:
