Unable to Make the Standard Custom Record Form Inactive

1. Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types.
2. Select the Custom Record.
3. Under the Forms tab, set Show Inactives = T.
4. Set Inactive = T for the Standard Custom Record form and Save.
