Transaction System Notes > Custom Form Name is not Displayed

The System Notes does not show the name of the form used because the custom form field is hidden in the form.
 
1. Navigate to Customization > Forms >Transaction Forms.
2. Click Customize on Standard Sales Order or edit the existing custom form.
3. Form is Preferred = T.
4. Under Screen Fields > Main > look for Custom Form field and check the Show checkbox.
5. Click Save.



Note: This would only be applicable if the LOG SYSTEM NOTES ON UPDATE ONLY is disabled under Setup > Company > General Preferences.
