System Replaces the File with "attachments-stripped.txt"

To resolve this in NetSuite, perform the following steps:

- System removed the file attach to an Email and replaced it with "attachments-stripped.txt"
--- This process is from Outlook to NetSuite (Entity or Transaction record)

1. User (Customer) responds to an Email
2. Administrator views the response of the User (Customer)
3. Communication tab > Messages subtab > check the Email > Attachments tab > File Name = "attachments-stripped.txt"

Note: This is by design.  If the attached file is bigger than 5mb, the system automatically removes the file.  More details if you open the file:
