Unfulfilled Sales Orders Listed on Bill Sales Orders Page when Hide Unfulfilled Orders is Set.

Users may find Unfulfilled Sales Orders still listed on the Bill Sales Orders page when Hide Unfulfilled Orders is set.

Sales orders in question may contain Service for Sale items. These items have the Can be Fulfilled/Received checkbox under the Basic tab unchecked. NetSuite does not recognize the need for these items to be fulfilled. To resolve, perform the following:

1.    Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items.

2.    Click Edit next to the Service items.

3.    Under Basic Preferences tab, mark Can be Fulfilled/Received checkbox.

Note: Once a service for sale item is used in a transaction, the Can be Fulfilled/Received checkbox is already greyed out and cannot be edited.

4.    Click Save.

5.    Navigate to Transactions > Sales > Enter Sales Orders > List.

6.    Click Edit next to the Sales Orders affected.

7.    Toggle the Service item to refresh the setting.

8.    Click Save.
