This error is encountered if the Class used on the transaction is inactive (XXX refers to the Internal ID of the Class). To resolve, user can activate the Class or change the class used on the transaction.
To activate the Class:
1. Navigate to Setup > Company > Classes
2. Put a check mark on the Show Inactives box.
3. Locate the Internal ID of the Class.
4. Remove the check mark on the Inactive column.
5. Click Submit.
