Create a saved search showing items whose prices changed recently

This saved search helps customers determine any price changes made within a recent period.

Let us use this as an example:

You need to list all items whose items have changed 10 days ago.

To create this search, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Click on the Item link.
3. In the Criteria > Standard tab, add the following:

Filter: System Notes : Field
Description: is Pricing

Notes:

1. To add System Notes : Field, choose "System Notes Fields..." first, and then select Field.

2. You can use System Notes : Rate as well.

Filter: System Notes : Type

Description: is Change

4. In the Criteria > Summary tab, add the following:

Summary Type: Maximum
Filter: System Notes : Date
Description: is on or after 10 days ago

* To create this description, select "On or After" as the Date, "relative" as the option, and then type in the days value "10" while maintaining the "days ago" option.

5. Click the Results tab.
6. Make sure that these fields are listed:

Field: Name
Summary Type: Group

Field: System Notes : Date
Summary Type: Maximum
Summary Label: Last Price Change Date

* Make sure to add the summary type when adding more fields here.

7. Rename the saved search.
8. Click on the Save button.
9. Run the saved search.

You can also change the description as befitting the requirements.
